# Véhicule pas remonté dans CarConnectivity

Bonjour à toute et à tous,

## Mon problème

J'ai installé l'addon[CarConnectivity](https://forum.hacf.fr/t/carconnectivity-addon-connectez-vos-vehicules-seat-skoda-volkswagen-audi-renault-dacia-et-tronity-a-home-assistant/61104).  
Ma voiture (une VW) apparait bien dans le Garage, par contre je n'ai aucun appareil de créer pour mon véhicule dans MQTT.

J'ai remarqué les 2 infos indiquant qu'il ne trouve pas les fichiers dans `/config/.cache/`, et effectivement je n'ai rien ici.

Mais, je ne vois pas de message d'erreur.  
Est-ce que j'ai loupé quelque chose pour que ça fonctionne correctement ?

Salut,

Tu peux mettre les logs en debug pour y voir plus de détails ?  
J'ai l'impression qu'il y a bien la voiture (WVXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) mais que rien n'est disponible.

Le plugin data eu act dépends entièrement du contenu du fichier zip fourni de façon asynchrone et dans les premières heures de la mise en place, le fichier est vide.

C'est bien l'impression que j'ai, vu qu'elle apparait dans le garage de l'add-on.

En allant sur le site eu-data.... veux-tu que je me connecte et que je récupère quelque chose en particulier pour confirmer la "conclusion" ci-dessus ?

PS: peux-tu éditer ton message pour effacer le numéro de châssis, que j'avais laissé passé dans les 1er logs ?

Sur le site, tu peux aller chercher manuellement les fichiers comme le fait l'addon. La taille et le nom sont des indicateurs sur le contenu.

Dans l'hypothèse ou le site propose bien des données, c'est peut-être bien un souci de compatibilité. Potentiellement un jeu de données m'aiderai

En suivant ce qui est indiqué les détails pour l'intégration `VW Group EU Data Act`, j'ai mis en place une collecte toutes les 15 minutes des données, et tous les fichiers du `My Data Package` se terminent par `no_content_foung.zip`

Donc c'est bien le cas "sans données", c'est VW qui est charge de ça en principe, ça prends 24h, mais tente de relancer la procédure ça ne coute rien
