Installation clé Everspring

Bonsoir,
Nouvelle sur le forum, je viens demander votre aide. J’essaie d’installer une clé Everspring en vain. C’est une clé d’occasion qui n’a peut être pas été resetée (est ce le problème ?).
Lorsque je l’installe, elle est bien découverte. Cependant, lorsque je lance la configuration, j’obtiens un message d’erreur après avoir validé la configuration sans indiquer de clé de sécurité.

Si quelqu’un pouvait m’aider.
D’avance merci.

Qu’est-ce qu’une clé eversping? Installer avec quoi ?

Lequel ?

Très (trop ?) souvent, les demandes d’assistance ne sont pas assez détaillées. C’est plus facile d’éliminer de l’information superfétatoire que de deviner ce qui manque :wink:
Il faut plus d’infos. Des logs, en particulier.

Il s’agit d’un dongle Everspring SA413 Zwave.
Le message d’erreur est le suivant : Z-Wave, Échec du démarrage du module complémentaire Z-Wave JS.
J’ai préalablement installer ZwaveJS

Je pense que tu peux déjà tester de la réintégrer après un bon « factory reset » et en renseignant de nouvelles clés de sécurité.

Si tu n’as que ça, ca va pas être évident :upside_down_face:

Et la configuration juste a coté est à partager aussi
J’ai la même clé et elle fonctionne … donc ça devrait pas être un souci

OK je vais chercher comment effectuer un « factory reset » sur cette clé pour commencer.

Je pense qu’il faut que je fasse un reset car c’est une clé d’occas ?

Essaye via :
Paramètres => Modules complémentaires => ZWaveJS
Puis en haut à droite les onglets Journal et Configuration

Et je n’ai rien au niveau journaux

Dans l’onglet info, tu as un bouton démarrer en bas, ensuite ça doit générer des logs (eventuellemnt après quelques secondes et l’appui sur le bouton actualiser).
Pour ma part, j’ai pour chaque clés S0/S1/S2 une valeur, mais c’est issue d’une migration ancienne, donc pas forcement nécessaire.

Oui j’ai laissé vide pour que la clé se configure au lancement car je n’ai pas de module que je souhaite récupérer.

En fait ca ne démarre pas !

OK là c’est mieux, il manque la selection de la clé dans la config de l’addon on dirait

Je suppose la sélection au niveau device ? mais quand je sélectionne ou l’un ou l’autre ça me renvoi un message d’erreur.

Oui.
Débranche la clé, attends quelques secondes et rebranche. Puis redémarre HA et retente la sélection
