J’ai installé HACS et je commence à créer des tableaux de bord.
J’ai donc téléchargé des thèmes qui se sont déposés dans config/themes
J’ai rajouté les lignes dans le fichier config/configuration.html

Hélas non.
Pour assurer, je suis passé de Chrome à Firefox, sur lequel je ne m’étais jamais connecté.
Donc mauvaise intallation des thèmes…
Par exemple, mushroom il est installé via HACS dans un sous-répertoire de thème et pas à la racine comme toi
Je viens de supprimer tout ce qu’il y avait dans themes.
Réinstaller depuis HACS
Vérifier la config
Redémarrer HA
Hélas pas d’accès aux themes …
Tu as quoi dans la liste de thèmes (clic sur ton login en bas à gauche)
Je n’ai rien, c’est là qu’est le problème.
Le bouton Theme Back end select est grisé …

essaye ça à la place ton bloc (2 espaces de moins pour les 2 lignes centrales)
