Zigbee2Mqtt ne démarre pas avec une Combee II, help! svp

Bonjour à tous.
Je sors d’une ancienne installation d’une dizaine d’années (environ une cinquantaine 50 modules, tous en 433Mz) sur Zibase puis sur Jeedom.

J’ai décidé de franchir le pas en repartant complètement à zéro avec autre chose, dont du seulement du Zigbee, un RPI5 8go avec Conbee2 et sur HA.
Je vous avoue que je galère grave !

En fait, tout allait bien pour intégrer mes capteurs et modules avec ZHA, scène etc… jusqu’aux intégrations des modules pour le système d’alarme (Alarmo) comme la sirène, les détecteurs de fumée, etc, ils sont reconnus par ZHA mais aucun moyen de les intégrer dans Alarmo.
J’ai donc voulu passer sur Zigbee2Mqtt (les boules, j’avais déjà installé une bonne trentaine de modules) j’y ai passé des heures et des heures et là je suis à deux doigt de tout abandonner.
j’ai bien désinstallé ZHA, mais Impossible de démarrer ce foutu Z2M.
J’ai regardé des dizaines et des dizaines de tutos, j’ai scruté les forums de part en part suivi les procédures, et chaque fois en vain.
Je le répète encore une fois, je suis complètement novice dans HA (même au niveau des forums d’ailleurs)

Bonjour,
il faut supprimer ZHA, redémarrer HA. Puis ignorer ZHA , qui te proposera une nouvelle installation. Si tu l’ignores pas, il monopolise la clé Zigbee quand même et bloque le lancement de Z2M.

Montre ta configuration du serial pour Z2M ?

Ta lu ce tutorial ?

Comme le dit @WarC0zes et les logs ta clé est déjà utilisé donc par zha qu’il faut surtout bien ignorer

Oui, j’ai bien déinstallé ZHA, redémarré et j’ai vu qu’il était inactif mais toujours visible alors j’ai bien cliqué sur ignorer.

Oui, au final, je suis tombé justement sur ce tutoriel (excellent d’ailleurs) que j’ai vraiment suivi à la lettre, mais en vain…
