Logs très lents et plantage superviseur - adds-on blancs (vu après MàJ HA OS vers 7.2)

Mon problème

Bonjour à tous,
ce matin, en me connectant sur HA, j’ai vu que la configuration me remontait une mise à jour à faire de HA OS 7.1 vers 7.2, ce que j’ai fait. Ca à l’air de s’être passé correctement,
Par contre, après redémarrage, j’ai eu des trucs bizarre sur mon HA.

la fenètre supervisor hassio marhait une fois, puis les suivante, elle restait blanche.
à partir de ce moment là, j’ai l’impression que toutes les fenètre d’add-ons était aussi blanche : Node-red, Deconz, etc.
perte des connexions zigbee, tous mes périphériques passe en unavailable
redémarrage du superviser ou du core via putty-ssh : ce fenètre reste blanches
j’ai tenté un ha supervisor repair dans la fenètre ssh. ça se fait mais les symptomes reste.

le seul truc qui marche, c’est le redémarrage de mon Pi via l’interrupteur. !

Salut.
Si erreurs il y a, elle sont dans le fichier de log homeassistant.log. A regarder via ssh donc puisque ça, ça fonctionne

Je suis allé voir ce fichier log, et il m’inquiète pas mal : il fait 5 Mo.
Beaucoup de message DEBUG du recorder (donc, ça c’est normalement pas critique) ==> je retirerai ça de ma conf pour limiter les accès.
par contre, à la fin, j’ai ça :

et tous mes perif zigbee sont devenu indisponibles : surement le fait que le superviseur est planté et ne fait plus tourner les add-ons…

Salut,
Quand les add-ons ne s’affichent pas c’est un plantage d’ingress le truc utilisé pour afficher les sous sites dans le site. C’est utilisé par tous les add-ons. J’avais ce genre de soucis quand une carte SD rendait l’âme.
Et c’est seulement après avoir viré les add-ons inutiles et réduit l a DB que ça allait mieux…

Tu as un SSD de 64Go ou un SD?

Je suis sur SSD de 64Go.

J’ai de nouveau re-démarrer mon Pi à la main.
Ha est bien relancée et fonctionnel. J’ai l’impression que c’est chaque fois que j’accèdais à la page du supervisor où il devait planter à cause du log trop gros (rempli par le debug recorder précédent.
J’ai retiré l’option « debug » des log dans configuration.yaml et là le fichier de log ne fait que 38k.

Du coup c’est possible que suite à l’upgrade tout en ayant debug activé ça ait surchargé le log et fait planter supervisor avec tout le reste derrière…
Ca doit être pour ce genre de soucis qu’ils recommandent de ne pas avoir le niveau de log debug tout le temps.

Pour info, le log ne change rien à l’histoire.
Je viens de réessayer d’ouvrir la page supervisor/système
et ça plante de nouveau… il tourne sans fin, et le journal ne s’ouvre pas sur sa page (cf idem capture d’écran du post #3)

Donc, le problème (ingress ou supervisor) est toujours là…

Rien de plus ne s’écrit dans le log HA… pas d’info :(.

Je vais tenter de nouveau d’éteindre le pi, puis de faire un « ha supervisor repair »

Pour l’instant il faut oublier le diagnostic par l’intermédiaire de l’interface graphique. Modification du yaml (pour le niveau de debug) et analyse des logs via ssh ça doit suffire

Avais tu fait tourner un check HA configuration avant la mise a jour ?

j’ai downgradé en 7.1 (en putty avec « ha os update --version 7.1 » ce qui s’est bien passé.

Malheureusement, je continue d’avoir HA qui plante chaque fois que j’ouvre la fenêtre Configuration>superviseur

en fait, il y a des chose qui continuent de marcher, mais c’est tous les add-ons qui s’arrêtent (et en particulier pour moi Deconz et Node-red).
Je pensais que c’était lié à HA OS 7.2, mais ça n’a pas l’air d’être ça.
Je ne comprends pas car à par ça, je n’ai rien changé…

Donc ça ressemble plutôt à une conséquence du plantage plutôt qu’à une cause.

Je penche plutôt pour l’inverse… La passerelle n’est pas joignable, les automatisations et le reste débloquent puis ça plante. Il n’y a pas de raison que la passerelle ne soit pas joignable

on y voit encore l’adresse IP de la passerelle zigbee, mais elle n’a rien à faire là, non?

Par contre, quand c’est planté, impossible de faire un reboot via putty

Tout n’est pas planté, ça marche mal et tu n’affiche pas ce que tu veux mais ça ne veut pas dire que les services arrière-plan sont tous HS.

Oui 172/173 ça ressemble à du container

Tu regardes la config, donc c’est pas étonnant de l’y trouver.

Avec HAOS, c’est pas vraiment à toi de dire qui est l’adresse de quoi… Le système s’en charge pour toi.
L’info importante c’est que quand HA souhaite joindre la passerelle zigbee, ça ne marche pas. Donc soit la passerelle n’est pas bien configurée, soit HA ne l’est pas non plus, soit c’est carrément les 2

Ce qui est bizarre, c’est que après un redémarrage du Pi, HA marche bien et accède sans problème à tout, deconz, la passerelle zigbee etc.
Ça n’est que quand je souhaite ouvrir le panneau superviseur que tout commence à bugger …
C’est vraiment ça le déclencheur
Ensuite, plusieurs choses d’enchaîner sûrement.

J’envisage de refaire l’install HAOS, et remettre une sauvegarde, mais j’ai peur si le pb est dans la sauvegarde

Moi plutôt que de réinstaller, je surveillerai attentivement les logs (sans faire planter via l’accès au superviseur)…

Bon,
je vais essayer de patienter un peu.
A toutes fins utiles, si quelqu’un y comprend quelque chose, j’ai mis le log de cette nuit (où HA était fonctionnel) et où on voit tout entre le dernier re-démarrage de la veille, et le plantage de ce matin (provoqué par moi à 12h31).

On y voit pas mal d’erreur qui je crois sont lié à l’intégration ENEDIS, mais pas trop sur…

Ah oui, j’ai vu un autre truc qui provoque le plantage, c’est de lancer l’add-on « configuration check »

En tout cas merci de l’aide… c’est vraiment déroutant.

J’ai fait planter HA de la même façon hier soir.
Heureusement j’ai pu le récupérer tout de suite mais pas sans un reboot physique!

J’essayais de bien faire marcher l’intégration custom « SamsungTV Rizen ». Après avoir mis l’intégration en log débug, J’ai eu la bonne idée de bidouiller le python (oui mauvaise idée) et le résultat ce qu’après avoir rechargé HA, plus rien qui marche au niveau des add-ons et du superviser. HA est totalement fonctionnel mais dès que tu essaye d’aller dans le superviseur ça plante…
Ca venait clairement de l’add-on bidouillé, où j’avais change le code au niveau de l’APi de ma télé et il est parti en lattes.

Avant le reboot j’ai enlevé le débug et corrigé le python de l’intégration… c’est reparti tout bien après reboot.

Donc essaye d’enlever un ou 2 add-ons ou Intégrations supectes.
