Personnellement j’y ai passé plusieurs heures à essayer de faire du reverse engineering sur le binaire du logiciel de mise à jour avec Ghidra. C’est accès compliqué et je ne suis pas spécialiste du domaine, on voit des choses mais c’est pas évident à configurer.
Je me suis juré de jamais payer leur arnaque, surtout que j’en ai deux. Au pire je lancerai la clim à fond avec le mode test.
J’ai payé pour la clim’. Pour le mode ventilation, il est juste présent dans la doc Modbus d’Aldes mais je ne l’ai vu nulle part ailleurs (ni dans la télécommande, ni dans l’app, ni dans toutes les docs et les pages web que j’ai lu).
À c’est pas encourageant, si même toi tu as dû payer …

J’ai fait la révision de ma PAC la semaine dernière, et le professionnel, qui a une Tone Aqua chez lui, m’a confirmé qu’il n’y avait pas de « mode ventilation » à proprement parler. Nous avons discuté de l’application Aldes, de la Box AldesConnect, et il semblait satisfait du produit et de ses fonctionnalités. Donc, on ne peut pas lui faire confiance !
Cependant, il existe une manipulation à effectuer sur les thermostats (appui long sur les deux boutons + et -) pour lancer le mode test, qui ne dure que 2 à 3 minutes. La bouche s’ouvre et la soufflerie démarre. Avec cette information, il y aurait peut-être moyen de détourner ce comportement ?
Il me reste également 4 PCB avec la version « basic » (sans l’amélioration des bouches), une solution que j’ai partagée sur le GitHub de @guix77. Ajout du PCB sans bouche
J’ai aussi 4 PCB avec ma solution « advanced » pour ceux qui ont plus de 4 bouches, avec un maximum de 6 bouches (pour correspondre aux pins ADC de l’ESP32).
Pour ceux qui en ont plus, à part avoir un deuxième board et un deuxième ESP32, je n’ai pas de solution…

De plus, je travaille sur la conception d’un nouveau PCB qui permettra de fusionner les travaux de tout le monde.
Ce PCB intégrera à la fois la récupération des températures des pièces à partir de la commande centrale et la modification des consignes venant de la carte mère.
L’objectif est d’éviter de multiplier les capteurs Aqara/Sonoff dans tout le logement, puisque les thermostats peuvent déjà nous fournir les températures.
À ma connaissance, ce circuit devrait fonctionner.

Je suis à l’écoute de toute suggestion et amélioration ! J’espère avoir des retours, qu’ils soient positifs ou négatifs, sur ce PCB afin de m’assurer qu’il fonctionne avant de passer la commande.
Nous pouvons envisager de commander plus de 5 PCB si certaines personnes sont intéressées.

Le boitier serait aimanté pour le caller sur les parois du t-one, qu’en pensz vous ?
@Thibaut_Fluteaux Super ! J’ai réussi à mettre un PCB entre le châssis et le « cache avant » détachable, et ça passe en épaisseur. Je l’avais mis dans la pochette avec la vignette DPE .
Avec une boîte imprimée en 3D, je ne sais pas si ça passe encore. Ou alors, on fait un trou dans le châssis sur le dessus…

En complément de mon précédent post, il faut bien évidemment modifier la configuration YAML dans ESPHome pour spécifier que l’ESP32 aura deux sources Modbus. Je ne sais pas si c’est réellement possible, mais notre ami le chat j’ai pété m’a proposé quelque chose que j’ai adapté comme suit :

Des experts d’ESPHome ?
Le mode peut très bien figurer dans le Modbus juste pour renvoyer l’état ventilation lors du test… Vu que ça ne marche pas quand on met ce mode via la Modbus, je doute qu’on y arrive par un autre moyen. Ca promet d’être hasardeux et compliqué. Mais si quelqu’un y arrive, chapeau. Après, pour mettre en perspective : chez moi au RDC j’ai une PAC Airzone et j’ai en plus le mode ventilation et le mode déshumidification. Concrètement, à part pour tester, je ne les utilise pas…
Top ! Si tu veux un retour, mets plutôt le schéma qui est plus simple à lire. Il y a un problème potentiel au niveau de la largeur des pistes 5V qui pourrait être insuffisante pour l’intensité. Ce problème était déjà là sur mon PCB mais la différence me semblait suffisamment faible. Là tu ajoutes en conso max 100mA pour le 2ème TTL/RS485 et 10 mA pour 2ème convertisseur des bouches. Ca reste probablement acceptable vu qu’on ne travaille normalement pas en conso max, mais je préfère soulever le sujet quand même. Ci-dessous les « calculs » que j’avais fait pour mon PCB:

Il vaudrait mieux que tu testes d’abord en mode breadboard. Là ton 2ème UART n’est pas hardware. J’utiliserais plutôt GPIO1 (RX) et GPIO3 (TX) qui sont UART hardware. Cf ton schéma de pinout : https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1509/1638/files/D1_Mini_ESP32_-_pinout.pdf?v=1604068668

Voila, j’ai ajouté le nouveau modBus de la commande centrale en bas, que j’ai relié avec les ports de liaison pour pas tout refaire. J’ai utilisé les deux voix du level shifter restantes pour les deux nouveaux TXD et RXD que j’ai donc relié aux TXD (GPIO3) et RXD (GPIO1) de l’ESP32
J’avais déjà pris en compte ta remarque, et j’avais augmenté à 0,3mm sur l’ensemble des pistes du PCB. A voir si il faut encore augmenter…
J’ai tout enlevé lors de la venue du chauffagiste et je n’ai pas encore tout remis en place. Mais si tu regardes la photo que je t’avais envoyée, tu verras que j’ai simplement plié les fils pour qu’ils passent dans l’encoche prévue pour le câble de la commande centrale, et j’ai mis le PCB dans la pochette qu’on voit

Très bonne initiative, j’avais ça en tête également.
Perso je pensais mettre un système (avec un relais ou autre) pour pouvoir rebasculer le modbus sur la commande centrale en cas de besoin.
Si tu veux fusionner tous nos cas d’usage, en plus de mon côté :
- je lis les températures des sondes haut et bas ECS directement avec l’esp32. Je les intercepte et les renvoie à la carte mère. Mes mesures collent à 0.2° à celles affichées par la télécommande.
- je reçois la commande de la résistance d’appoint
Ainsi c’est moi qui commande la résistance quand :
- la carte mère la commande pour le cycle anti légionellose à 60°
- mon routeur solaire renvoie le surplus
Et je peux couper le routeur quand la sonde haute ou basse arrive à 80° (avec en backup le retour de la température via le modbus)
Au niveau de la carte ça rajoute pas grand chose à part un double connecteur pour les températures qui vont sur deux entrées analogiques et un autre connecteur simple vers une entrée discrète. Mais il faut qu’il reste des pinouilles dispo sur l’esp32 sinon faut ajouter un ads1115 en i2c.
Ah OK, ton UART utilise les bonnes pin sur ton PCB mais dans le yaml tu as GPIO4 et 5.
Le PCB me semble OK du coup, si tu peux encore augmenter la largeur d’un cran c’est mieux, mais attention j’ai pas compris si EasyEDA gère correctement l’eloignement des pistes
Il te faudrait 0.386mm selon Trace Width Calculator | AdvancedPCB
En fait je me suis trompé, avec une piste au-dessus et une en-dessous on est en external layer air, donc même le 0.254mm de base est amplement suffisant
J’avais lu quelques recommendations de conception pcb quand j’avais commencé, les principales sont :
- Ne pas hésiter à mettre les pistes d’alimentation (3 et 5V) plus larges et de préférence d’un seul côté, et le plus éloigné possible des autres pistes analogiques et binaires.
- Ajouter un plan de masse sur chaque face (c’est facile avec Easyeda)
- Mettre un condensateur sur l’alimentation de l’esp, le plus proche possible de sa pinouille

J’ai bien galéré, mais j’ai réussi à faire fonctionner les deux Modbus en simultané sur le même ESP32 ! Le YAML n’était pas tout à fait correct, et j’ai cramé un convertisseur TTL-RS485 suite à une erreur de branchement .
J’ai utilisé deux de mes PCB pour créer une sorte de banc de test.
Pour résumer :
J’alimente les deux PCB avec le 12V de leur Modbus respectif.
J’alimente le level shifter en 3.3V via l’ESP du petit PCB.
Je dérive les broches GPIO16 et GPIO17 de l’emplacement vide de l’ESP32 du gros PCB vers les broches GPIO3 et GPIO1 (TXD/RXD) de l’ESP32 sur le petit PCB.
Pour le code YAML, il faut ajouter la balise « modbus » en plus. C’est elle qui porte l’information de l’UART et non plus le « modbus_controller »

Question sans doute un peu naïve, mais est-ce qu’il ne suffirait pas de mettre des Wago sur les quatre fils du Modbus de la commande centrale pour faire fonctionner les deux en parallèle ?
Sur le 12v et GND c’est sur que oui mais sur le A+ et B- ?
Non c’est pas possible, il peut n’y avoir qu’un maître en modbus, soit l’esp soit la télécommande, sinon il y a conflit.
